Accrued Paid Time Off
For every 35 hours you work, you will earn 1 hour of paid time off. This can only be used for planned time off. There is no waiting period. One PTO day earned accounts for one 8-hour shift.
You must submit your PTO request a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Submit requests by completing the Time Off Request Form and sending it to your scheduling supervisor via email/text/fax. You will receive an email notification that your request was received and approved.
Provided through Paychex Benefits, the ePeople 401(k) plan is eligible employees in a contribution retirement plan after one year of service.
Effective May 1, 2020, Aflac will become our Supplemental Benefits Provider. Choice benefits include hospitalization insurance, accidental injury, short-term disability, cancer, and life insurance options.
