Promoting from Within: Meet Our New Corporate Recruiter
ePeople values our employees, and when positions become available, we prefer to promote from within. In the new year, we’ve seen many corporate promotions and want to celebrate these integral members of the ePeople and eKidzCare team. During the month of January, we’ll feature our internal promotions to celebrate our colleagues in their success.
It is our pleasure to announce the promotion of Jess Edder to Corporate Recruiter. She will be working on behalf of ePeople Healthcare and eKidzCare. In this role, Jess will expertly select qualified candidates for internal positions for the organization, then she will be working with upper management to find the perfect candidate.
As the Corporate Recruiter, Jess is responsible for screening all of our applicants, scheduling interviews, and starting the onboarding process for new ePeople and eKidzCare employees. “I enjoy being able to be the face of the company as new employees come in. I like being able to build relationships with them and to help start or advance their career with us,” said Jess.
When Jess started with the company in early 2021, she was a Recruitment Coordinator for eKidzCare. She matched nurses and aides to their perfect family for pediatric home health care. She then went on to work for our Pittsburgh Office where she served as Employee Relations Coordinator. After her time there she accepted the role of Corporate Recruiter in our Human Resources department.
